I installed and registered DirectVobSub (VSFilter) 2.36, but what do I do after I register it?

It integrates automatically with any DirectShow player like the Media Player Classic, The Core Media Player and others.
So now you should be able to open/see subtitles with alternative players... can you?

I can see the subtitles now, but the video keeps pausing every few seconds. In fact, if I try to play anything in Media Player Classic, the video goes slow.

Hi,
check out the video with G-Spot, maybe some codecs missing. Or try Media Player Classic or VLC Player.

Doesn't work. The only player that the video works in without pausing every few seconds is VLC, but DirectDobSub doesn't work for it.

.. VLC has its built-in codecs.
You can open subtitles if you click File/Open File(Ctrl-F), tick "Subtitle Options", click "Settings" next to it and browse for the subtitle file.
