PC to Phone sending video/audio files from pc to mob

Hi to all,
I was wondering if anybody could help a tech novice to send video and or audio files from a pc to a motorola v3 mobile phone? I would appreciate any help available. Thanks in anticipation.

using xilisoft video converter to convert your video and audio, and then transfer your files to your phone.
